Rules of Composition
- Rule of Thirds: imaginary lines drawn dividing the frame of your camera into thirds; place subject where the lines intersect; place horizon line at the top or bottom
- Leading Lines: use the lines created within the foreground or background of the composition leads the viewer through the subject
- Point of View: change the way your subject is perceiving by changing the camera position
- Simplicity: keeping the background simple; a chaotic composition will cause the viewer to look away
